Mr. Bolger is the Managing Member of Old Virginia Title. He is an attorney with decades of experience handling thousands of cases, managing a law firm, and serving as president of Old Virginia Title. Cynthia J. Matukonis
Ms. Matukonis is Vice President and a licensed title agent. She is also a paralegal and has worked with Mr. Bolger on thousands of transactions since 1987. She is involved in every aspect of Old Virginia Title’s operations and can be contacted for information at every step of the settlement process.
Michelle Frew
Ms. Frew is a Paralegal, Settlement Coordinator, and a licensed title agent. Since 2006, she has been the firm’s primary contact on transactions and coordinates the details of settlement. She also prepares many of the documents related to settlement, as well as commitments to insure title and title policies.
